Pakistan-Canada tech partnership targets Global South

KARACHI, November 6 (Daily Global South)- Pakistani technology firm Tech Saeein and Canada-based TechVision365 Inc. have partnered to expand enterprise communications solutions across the Global South, combining technology development with local deployment and technical support.
Under the agreement, Tech Saeein will serve as TechVision365’s Global South Go-To-Market Partner, supporting market development, customer consultation, implementation and technical assistance.
The collaboration will focus on helping businesses improve customer engagement and internal communication through voice, video, messaging, collaboration and call centre technologies. It will also provide deployment options suited to organisations’ infrastructure, operational and regulatory requirements.
Mohsin Iqbal, Chief Operating Officer of Tech Saeein, said the partnership would help businesses in Pakistan and other Global South markets strengthen communication capabilities and compete across borders. He said the initiative would establish AllianceConnect365, a network of enterprise IT resellers, system integrators and cloud solution providers intended to support the delivery of communications technology and local implementation services.
The partnership comes as Pakistan’s digital economy continues to expand. Broadband subscriptions reached approximately 161 million by March 2026, while IT and telecommunications export remittances totalled US$4.6 billion during FY2025–26, representing annual growth of around 21 per cent.
The companies plan to introduce their solutions through a phased market development programme covering approximately 120–135 countries, with proposed regional hubs serving South Asia, Central Asia, West Asia, Africa and Latin America. Pakistan is expected to serve as a base for partner development and technical coordination, while local partners will assist with deployment according to customer requirements, languages and regulatory conditions.
TechVision365, headquartered in Halifax, Nova Scotia, develops enterprise communications and cloud-based technologies. Its portfolio includes unified communications, call centre services and remote collaboration solutions, with both cloud and on-premises deployment options. The partnership aims to build a regional delivery network that enables businesses to access communications technology alongside local consultation, implementation and ongoing technical support.
